Wir bieten Dienstleistungen im Rahmen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für Klein- und Mittelständische Betriebe.

Wir suchen Unterstützung für folgende Aufgaben, entsprechend Ihrer Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Sämtliche Tätigkeiten der Lohn-, Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Anlage neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Stammdatenpflege
  • Erfassung von Arbeitszeiten
  • Fehlzeiteneingabe (Urlaub, Feiertag etc)
  • Abrechnung der MA erstellen
  • Meldungen an die Krankenkassen, Behörden
  • Lohnsteueranmeldung erstellen
  • sämtliche SV Meldungen erstellen
  • Beratung von Mitarbeiter
  • Lohn und Gehaltsdaten erfassen und pflegen

Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung 18 bis 25 Std/wö. Die Verteilung kann variabel abgesprochen werden.

Wir sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut erreichbar - direkt an der U3.
