Für ein innovatives, international tätiges Unternehmen in Cadolzburg suchen wir mehrere Sachbearbeiter (gn) Auftragsabwicklung. Du steuerst nationale und internationale Kundenaufträge, koordinierst Servicevorgänge und sorgst für zuverlässige Abläufe im ERP-System.

  • So sieht Dein Arbeitsalltag aus
  • Du bearbeitest nationale und internationale Kundenaufträge selbstständig und zuverlässig – hauptsächlich über ein Ticketsystem.
  • Du steuerst Retouren, Warenaustausch, Gutschriften und Reparaturen.
  • Du informierst die Kundschaft zu Produkten, Preisen, Konditionen und Lieferzeiten.
  • Du koordinierst die Serviceabwicklung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkstatt vor Ort.
  • Du erfasst und steuerst Aufträge im ERP-System und stellst einen reibungslosen Warenfluss sicher.
  • Du erstellst Arbeitsanleitungen und Reports und wirkst an der Optimierung bestehender Prozesse mit.
  • Was Dich für den Job auszeichnet
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Industrie-, Büro- oder Groß- und Außenhandelsbereich
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung mit - idealerweise aus einem Industrie- oder Handelsunternehmen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit den Kunden
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office und insbesondere Excel um
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV sind von Vorteil
