Wir suchen ab sofort und unbefristet einen Sachbearbeiter Hausverwaltung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche).

Ihr Einsatzort ist die IVS Hausverwaltung in Donaueschingen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Wir beschäftigen uns mit der Verwaltung von Wohnungseigentümergemeinschaften.

Ihre Aufgabe umfasst -mit Ausnahme von Buchhaltungstätigkeiten- alle Tätigkeiten, die in diesem Zusammenhang anfallen. Die Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen sind nach entsprechender Einarbeitung und Eignung ebenfalls möglich.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Idealerweise eine einschlägige, abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Immobilienkaufmann/-frau
  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • MS Office-Kenntnisse und ggfs. auch praktische Erfahrung mit einer Hausverwaltungssoftware
