Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:

Für unseren renommierten Kunden in 44319 Dortmund suchen wir ab sofort mehrere Sachbearbeiter im Customer Service (m/w/d) in Vollzeit mit 35,00h/Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufträge abwickeln, Terminabweichungen abstimmen, Veränderungen der Kundenbedarfe aufzeigen
  • Bearbeitung kundenspezifischer Planung. Erstellen von Versandunterlagen
  • Terminverfolgung, Unterlagen für Transportversicherung erstellen
  • Anlegen und Verwalten von Kundenstammdaten in SAP
  • Kundenwünsche in- und ausländischer Kunden entgegennehmen
  • Beratung allgemeiner Kundenanfragen, Kundenberatung mit Hilfe der teilnehmenden Fachbereiche, Bemusterungen einleiten, Betreuung eines Key Accounts
  • Bonus-, Provisions-, Rabatt- und sonstige Gutschriften
  • Erfassung, Weiterleitung und Bearbeitung der Rekl
