  • Disposition und Tracking nationaler und internationaler Sendungen
  • Abstimmung und Organisation des Zusammenspiels von Einkauf, Wareneingang und er Logistikdienstleister
  • Verzollung und Abwicklung internationaler Importe
  • Überprüfung von Frachtpapieren, Frachtrechnungen und Erteilen von Zahlungsfreigaben, sowie der Vergleich und die Auswahl von Frachtraten und Transportwegen
  • Die Festlegung von Warentarifnummern und die Überprüfung von Speditionsrechnungen gehören ebenfalls zu ihren Aufgaben
  • Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann, Speditionskaufmann oder Industriekaufmann abgeschlossen oder bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Beschaffung, Einkauf oder Disposition
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Zollabwicklung
  • Fit in der täglichen Nutzung der MS Office Tools (insbesondere Excel), SAP Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ein sicheres eigenständiges Auftreten gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitäts-, Service- und Kostenbewusstsein.
