  • Unser Standort befindet sich in der Martinstraße 5, 89434 Blindheim.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Sachbearbeiter im Innendienst (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Angebots- und Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Unterstützung unseres Außendienstes bei allen Aufgaben der Kundenbetreuung
  • Vorbereitung von Waren für den Versand
  • Prüfung der Lieferungen (Menge, Qualität, Unversehrtheit)
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung / Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Technikaffinität von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
