Als kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Team in Neustadt an der Donau bei allem, was im Büro anfällt. Du nimmst Kundenanfragen entgegen, hilfst bei der Einsatzplanung unserer Techniker und legst Aufträge im System an.

Wir beliefern SHK-Betriebe mit Heizungs- und Gebäudetechnik, darunter Fußbodenheizung, Wärmepumpen und Lüftungssysteme.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du nimmst Kundenanfragen telefonisch und per E-Mail entgegen
  • Du legst Aufträge im System an und hältst die Daten aktuell
  • Du kümmerst Dich um allgemeine Büroorganisation und Dokumentation
  • Du bist die Anlaufstelle für das Serviceteam vor Ort, wenn organisatorisch etwas gebraucht wird

Du passt zu uns, wenn...

  • Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen hast oder vergleichbare Büroerfahrung mitbringst
  • Du gerne telefonierst und freundlich mit Kunden umgehst
  • Du sicher mit den gängigen Office-Programmen arbeitest
  • Du zuverlässig und strukturiert bist

Wenn Du zudem schon mal mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet hast, umso besser!
