Die IMS Aggregatebau ist ein familiengeführtes, stetig wachsendes und zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen im Aggregate- sowie Stahlbausektor. Unser Team umfasst rund 50 qualifizierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), welche Projekte von der Planung bis hin zur Fertigstellung realisieren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort:

Sachbearbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden telefonisch und schriftlich
  • kaufmännische und technische Auftragsabwicklung im Bereich Aggregatebau
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Auftragsfortschritten in enger Abstimmung mit den internen Fachabteilungen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System
  • diverse administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Vertriebsbereich

Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, vorzugsweise im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise ERP-Systemen
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
