Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen im nationalen und internationalen Verkehr
  • Planung, Disposition und Überwachung von Lieferungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Speditionen und Behörden
  • Pflege von Stammdaten in ERP-Systemen
  • Zollabwicklung im Import und Export
  • Unterstützung des Versand- und Ersatzteilbereichs bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung reibungsloser Logistik- und Exportprozesse
  • Bearbeitung von Versand- und Transportdokumenten

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung z. B. Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Import, Export, Versand, Logistik oder der Zollabwicklung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • ERP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Maschinenbau oder Anlagenbau
