Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir im Rahmen einer Direktvermittlung einen engagierten Mitarbeiter für Anlagenvermögen (m/w/d) für den Standort Steibach-Hallenberg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Koordination und Steuerung kaufmännischer sowie regulatorischer Projekte
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Analyse, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten sowie Aufbereitung und Plausibilisierung von Datenbeständen insbesondere in Excel
  • Prüfung und Anpassung regulatorischer Daten gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Projektprozesse
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten & projektbezogenen Unterlagen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Eine strukturierte, analytische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office insbesondere Excel wird vorausgesetzt
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an projektorientierter Zusammenarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in regulatorische Themengebiete
