Als Sachbearbeiter\*in im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die gesamte Auftragsabwicklung – von der Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsbearbeitung im ERP-System bis hin zur Koordination mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen.

  • Entgegennahme von Kundenaufträgen
  • Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Prüfung der Aufträge auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
  • Abgleich mit gültigen Preisen, Rabatten und Konditionen
  • Prüfung auf Lieferfähigkeit und Verfügbarkeit
  • Eingabe der Aufträge in das ERP System und Überwachung des Bestellprozesses bis zur Auslieferung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Aufträge termingerecht bearbeitet werden
  • Verpackung und Versand der Waren
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Retourenabwicklung
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Aufgabenbereich der Abteilung Operations

### DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Orderhandling / in der Auftragsabwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Frästeile
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise proAlpha
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamgeist
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an industriellen Produkten
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
