Planen und Begleiten von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen in allen Leistungsphasen
Planung und Organisation der Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen unter Einhaltung von Haushaltsvorgaben des kommunalen Eigentümers
Führung von externen und internen Dienstleistern
Tätigkeitsbereich: kommunale Immobilien, z. B. Schulen, Kindergärten, Verwaltungsgebäude, sonstige öffentliche Einrichtungen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauwesen
Langjährige Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgabengebieten sowie im öffentlichen Vergaberecht
Teamfähigkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Fundierte, anwendungsbereite Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Vergaberecht, HOAI sowie von Baugesetzen und -vorschriften
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Planungs- und Ausschreibungsprogrammen
Hohe Eigenmotivation, Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
