Die Firmengruppe Möbius blickt auf 30 Jahre Firmengeschichte zurück und ist gleichzeitig ein modernes, expandierendes Logistikunternehmen mit ca. 1000 Mitarbeitern an verschiedenen Standorten Deutschlands. Unser Portfolio umfasst die logistische Herausforderung im Bereich der Möbel- und Küchenlieferung sowie dessen Montagen.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Unterstützung, um die Firmenbuchungen dem wachsenden Umfang anzupassen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitende Buchführung
  • Übernahme allgemeiner Sachbearbeitungsaufgaben
  • Abrechnung der Leistungen mit den Kostenträgern
  • Erstellung von Statistiken
  • Abstimmungstätigkeiten innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Aktenführung und -ablage

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. buchhalterische Berufsausbildung
  • alternativ erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • DATEV Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft, Neues zu erlernen- Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen!
