Für unseren Partner in Immenstadt suchen wir \*\*Sachbearbeiter/in Buchhaltung (m/w/d)\*\* im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statistiken
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Abstimmung von Konten sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Durchführung des Mahnwesens

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zahlenaffinität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
