  • Eine strukturierte und verlässliche Sachbearbeitung Einkauf , die unsere Bauprojekte organisatorisch unterstützt und den Materialfluss im Blick behält.

✍️ Deine Aufgaben

  • 📦 Unterstützung beim operativen Tagesgeschäft im Einkauf
  • 🛠️ Bestellung und Disposition von Bau- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • 📋 Einholen und Vergleichen von Angeboten
  • 📞 Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Nachunternehmern und Fachabteilungen
  • 🧾 Pflege von Bestellunterlagen und Lieferterminüberwachung
  • 💻 Pflege von Stammdaten und Einkaufsdokumentation im System

✅ Dein Profil

  • 🎓 Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 📈 Erste Erfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld (z. B. Bau, Handwerk)
  • 🧠 Sorgfältige, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • 💻 Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • 🗣️ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
