  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Wünschenswert: Anwendungskenntnisse der Software P&I Loga
  • Zahlenaffinität und eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Das erwartet dich…
  • Durchführung der gesamten Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit P&I Loga für einen festen Abrechnungskreis
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Leitungen zu den o.g. Themen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Arbeitsverträgen und Einstellungsunterlagen
  • Erstellung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung in der Administration und Pflege der Entgeltabrechnungs- und Personalmanagementsysteme
  • Mitwirkung bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von HR- und Entgeltabrechnungsprozessen
