  • Seit der Gründung im Jahr 1966 befindet sich der Hauptsitz des eigentümergeführten Unternehmens in Bremen. In Vertrieb, Kundendienst und Produktion arbeiten mehr als 50 hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter, um die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu erfüllen.

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen

\*\*\* Sachbearbeiter/in Export / Auftragsabwicklung (w/m/d) \*\*\*

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination von Luft- und Seefrachtexportsendungen
  • Erstellung von Export-Zolldokumenten
  • Durchführung von Exportkontrollen sowie Prüfung von Gütern, Ländern und Geschäftspartnern hinsichtlich Dual-Use-, Embargo- und Sanktionsvorgaben
  • Abwicklung von Akkreditivgeschäften
  • Kundenbetreuung per Mail und Telefon
  • Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung ( z.B. Rechnungserstellung) und der Reklamationsbearbeitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) oder ähnlich
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export und Zollabfertigung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Atlas oder AEB
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie gute Kenntnisse von ERP Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Da wir in naher Zukunft mit unserem Betrieb nach Delmenhorst umziehen werden, ist die Bereitschaft erforderlich auch dort zu arbeiten
