  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Haftpflichtschäden aus dem Bereich der allgemeinen Haftpflicht (Hierbei handelt es sich um Sach-, Vermögens- und Personenschäden aus dem Bereich der gewerblichen Haftpflichtversicherung sowie Cyberschäden)
  • Sachverhaltsermittlung, Prüfung von Deckung und Haftung, fallabschließende Regulierung berechtigter oder Abwehr unbegründeter Ansprüche sowie die Durchführung von Regressen
  • Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungsnehmern, Anspruchstellern, Rechtsanwälten, Sozialversicherungsträgern, Gutachtern, Dienstleistern und Maklern
  • Führen von telefonischen Vergleichsverhandlungen
  • Prüfung von Prozessaussichten sowie aktive Begleitung laufender Haftungs- und Deckungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Versicherungskauffrau/-mann oder Versicherungsfachwirtin/-wirt
  • Ideal sind Berufserfahrung im Haftpflichtbereich und in der Bearbeitung von Schäden oder die Bereitschaft zur vertieften Einarbeitung
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe für komplexe Sachverhalte sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für rechtliche und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Teamfähigkeit, ein emphatisches und sicheres Auftreten, Erfahrung in Kommunikation und Verhandlungsführung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Fachanwendungen und versicherungsspezifischen IT-Systemen
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
