Für unsere Schwestergesellschaft Hartmut Becker Hausverwaltung in Frankfurt - Hausen suchen wir ab sofort eine(n) erfahrene(n) Sachbearbeiter(in) für Hausverwaltungs- und Buchhaltungsarbeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Hausgeldabrechnungen für Eigentümer
  • Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen für Mieter
  • Prüfung der Heizkostenabrechnungen
  • Prüfung, Eingabe und Kontierung von Rechnungen
  • Verbuchung sämtlicher Zahlungsein/-ausgänge
  • Annahme von Telefonaten
  • Bearbeitung von Post/ Emails
  • etc.

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Immobilienwirtschaft oder ähnliches erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Zahlenaffinität + analytisches Denkvermögen
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
