Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum September 2026:

## Sachbearbeiter/in für die Mitgliederberatung

Seit 1991 betreuen wir derzeit ca. 3.000 Mitglieder in den Landkreisen Meißen, Leipzig, Görlitz, Nord- und Mittelsachsen.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Prüfen von Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Prüfen von Modernisierungsabrechnungen
  • Datenerfassungen
  • Beratungen von Mitgliedern in unseren Beratungsstellen, per mail und telefonisch
  • Begleitung von Mitgliedern bei Wohnungsübergaben
  • Wohnungsbesichtigungen und Belegeinsichtnahmen

### Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Kaufmann/-frau für Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft
  • Immobilienkaufmann/Kauffrau
  • oder ähnliche Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung

### Wir bieten:

  • 15 bis 35 Stunden / Woche
  • Gleitzeit (Arbeitszeitkonto)
  • 25 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
  • einen Arbeitsort in Meißen oder in Zittau (je nach Ihren Vorstellungen)

Ein PKW muss vorhanden sein, Fahrtkosten werden erstattet.
