Unser Kunde ist ein etablierter Handelsbetrieb, der Bauschalungen vermietet und verkauft. Das Team umfasst 7 Personen (inkl. Lager). Die Wege sind kurz und die Aufgaben vielseitig.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefon und Empfang: erste Ansprechperson für Kundschaft, Lieferanten und Besuchende
  • Erstellen von Offerten, inkl. technischer Beratung und Auskünfte zu Schalungssystemen
  • Einkauf und Bestellwesen
  • Erstellen und Bearbeiten von Zollpapieren
  • Logistik und Lagerverwaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lagerteam
  • Vorbereitung und Organisation von Messen
  • Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder gute Kenntnisse im Baugewerbe
  • Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (z. B. Handelsschule)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Betonschalungen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Kundenberatung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Muttersprachniveau)
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
