Wir suchen für unser Kundenservice / Backoffice eine/n Sachbearbeiter der die Kundenanfragen bearbeitet - kein Callcenter- in Teil oder Vollzeit. Kommen Sie gern auch auf uns zu, wenn sie kreativ sind und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Social Media, Kommunikation und Marketing haben. Quereinsteiger haben die Möglichkeit zur Qualifizierung!

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Bereiche

  • bearbeiten von Service-Kundenanliegen die beim E-Commerce anfallen
  • Klärung von Sachverhalten und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bindeglied zwischen Einkauf und Produktmanagement
  • Kundendaten pflegen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen

Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und haben gelernt effektiv zu arbeiten.
  • Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und haben vertriebliches Interesse
  • Kenntnisse: E-Mail-Kommunikation Büro und Verwaltungsarbeiten runden ihr Profil ab.
