Deine Aufgaben - das erwartet Dich

Organisation und Koordination von internationalen Transporten

Eigenständige Erstellung und Bearbeitung exportrelevanter Dokumente sowie die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung exportrelevanter Vorschriften

Abwicklung von Zahlungsabsicherungsinstrumenten (Akkreditive, Bankgarantien) sowie deren Bearbeitung in Abstimmung mit Banken

Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden, Lieferanten, Logistikpartnern und Banken

Einkaufsabwicklung inkl. Bedarfsplanung, Lieferantenauswahl, Terminkontrolle und Reklamationsmanagement

Administrative Unterstützung, Systembetreuung, Stammdatenpflege sowie Bestellabwicklung unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Einkaufsprozesse

Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen sowie Kostenkontrolle, Monitoring und ggf. Neuausschreibung von Logistikdienstleistungen

Dein Profil - das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK/HBLA oder Lehre, z.B. mit Speditions-/ Logistik- oder Zollschwerpunkt)

Oder eine technische Ausbildung (HTL) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik und Export

Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain, Export oder Einkauf

Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Organisationsfähigkeit

Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil

Unsere Gehaltsbasis bildet der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes. Wir bieten ein marktkonformes Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 2.918,14,-. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
