Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Auftragsmanagement: von der Auftragsübernahme bis zur finalen Umsetzung
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Auftragspapieren
  • Produktionsbegleitung und Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Partnern
  • Einkauf und Koordination von Fremdleistungen
  • Fakturenvorschreibung
  • Kalkulation

Ihr Profil:

  • Absolventen der Höheren Graphischen Bundes- Lehr- und Versuchsanstalt oder eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Druckbereich
  • Kenntnisse in der Sachbearbeitung von Vorteil
  • gute Kenntnisse oder erste Erfahrung im MIS (Management-Informationssystem) in einem graphischen Gewerbe erforderlich
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Druckbranche von Vorteil
  • sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und MS-Excel
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
