  • Auftragsabwicklung
  • Nachbearbeitung der Aufträge
  • Durchführung der laufenden Fakturierung
  • Allgemeine Büroagenden
  • Unsere Erwartung:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder chemisch-technische Ausbildung
  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse in Excel, Word und im Umgang mit Auftragsabwicklungs- und Fakturierungssystemen (NAVISION)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit im Umgang mit Kund_innen, Lieferant_innen und Kolleg_innen
  • Englischkenntnisse oder osteuropäische Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Chemikalien, ADR-Gütern und ADR-Fahrzeugen von Vorteil
  • Vorteilhaft Buchhaltungskenntnisse
  • Zeitversetzter Arbeitsbeginn nach Absprache von 06:00 bis 18.00 Uhr
