Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Prozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Erfahrung im Großhandel wäre wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Lust im Team etwas zu bewegen

Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftragsbestätigung und Lieferscheinerstellung bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung.
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen zu Verbindungselementen und Sonderteilen nach Zeichnung
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und der eigenen Fertigung
  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Kanban-Systemen und internen Abläufen
  • Pflege von Lieferanten- und Kundenkontakten
