## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zuverlässig verbuchen Sie Kontoauszüge und übernehmen die Klärung der Posten
  • Sie überwachen und klären offene Posten auf debitorischen Konten und arbeiten dazu eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen
  • Die Betreuung des Mahnwesens und der tägliche Kundenkontakt gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Das Prüfen und Kontieren von digitalen Eingangsrechnungen gehören ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben
  • Darüber hinaus bereiten Sie den Zahlungsverkehr vor und erstellen Banküberweisungen
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv an Monats- und Jahresabschluss und der Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse mit
  • Ferner fallen in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich weitere wiederkehrende debitorische und kreditorische Tätigkeiten an

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Zudem verfügen Sie über (erste) Erfahrungen in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Neue Sachverhalte sehen Sie als willkommene Herausforderungen, in die Sie sich motiviert einarbeiten
  • Mit den MS Office-Anwendungen haben Sie bereits Erfahrung gemacht, erweiterte Kenntnisse in MS Excel sind vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnisse in DATEV wären wünschenswert
  • Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
