Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sachbearbeiter/-in (m/w/d) für Kundendienst, Versand und Vertrieb in Teilzeit (20 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ausarbeitung von Angeboten, Aufträgen, Rechnungen, Versandpapieren in Microsoft Dynamics sowie MS Office,
  • Lieferterminüberwachung unter Einbeziehung von Einkauf, Lager und Fertigung
  • Vorbereitung, Organisation und Abrechnung von in- und ausländischen Montage und Serviceeinsätzen
  • Korrespondenz der Abteilung
  • Reisevorbereitungen für unsere Monteure

Ihr Profil:

  • idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau oder ähnliche Ausbildung
  • Kenntnisse im Export, der Auftragsannahme, -bearbeitung, der Korrespondenz und der Sachbearbeitung
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
