\*\*Anstellung:\*\* unbefristet

Arbeitszeiten: ab 30h/woche

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden per Telefon, E-Mail und über andere Kommunikationskanäle
  • Auftragsbearbeitung für unsere bestehenden Kunden
  • Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Abrechnungen sowie Warenbestellung
  • Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Kundendaten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer vergleichbaren Position wünschenswert
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
