Zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen, engagierten Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige Unterstützung im Bereich Auftragsabwicklung und Verwaltung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftragsbearbeitung und Bestellabwicklung
  • Kundenbetreuung (telefonisch & schriftlich)
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Recherche von Arzneimitteln anhand von Wirkstoffen und PZN
  • Allgemeine Verwaltungs- und Bürotätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als PTA/PKA oder vergleichbare pharmazeutische Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • Verständnis im Umgang mit Arzneimitteln und Wirkstoffen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
