  • Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams
  • eine/n erfahrenen Mitarbeiter/in mit einer abgeschlossenen
  • kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung.
  • Aufgabenbereich:
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Bestandskunden
  • Stammdatenpflege und Dateiablage
  • Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie die Übernahme der anschließenden Auftragsabwicklung
  • Überwachung oder Koordinierung Ihrer zugeteilten Aufträge sowie
  • Planung und Organisation der Durchführung.
  • Erstellung von Bauanträgen/Baugesuchen für die Errichtung unserer modernen
  • Werbeanlagen. Hier sind technisches und räumliches Verständnis sehr wichtig.
  • Sie arbeiten in einem Kollegenteam und eng mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • zusammen.
  • Wir erwarten:
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Sie entlasten den Geschäftsführer aktiv und nehmen wichtige Aufgaben ab
  • selbständiges Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative,
  • lösungsorientierte Denkweise, Kundenorientierung,
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und sehr
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Höfliches, professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Word / Excel / PowerPoint,
  • Outlook)
  • Spaß am Umgang mit visuellen Medien
