Die MMM Service GmbH ist ein ständig wachsendes Unternehmen. Aufgrund von weiteren Expansionen sind wir auf der Suche nach motivierten Mitarbeitern (gn) zur Festeinstellung und bieten ständig zahlreiche Jobmöglichkeiten.

Wir suchen zur Unterstützung im kaufmännischen Bereich einen Mitarbeiter in der Abrechnung (m/w/d) in der Unternehmenszentrale in Brandis OT Beucha.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Entgeltabrechnung sowie Pflege von Stammdaten und Personalakten
  • Rechnungslegung und Erfassung
  • Erfassung und Kontrolle von Arbeitszeiten, lohnrelevanten Abrechnungsdaten
  • monatliche Auswertung
  • Arbeitszeiterfassung und -kontrolle
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung / ggf. Reporting

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit kaufmännischen Prozessen
  • kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an einer beruflichen Entwicklung, ggf. an Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten
