### Sachbearbeiter/in Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

In Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

DEINE AUFGABEN

Kundenaufträge in unserem ERPSystem SAGE 100 erfassen und bearbeiten

Terminüberwachung und Koordination von Einbauterminen

Reklamationen und Kundenanfragen bearbeiten

Telefonische Kundenbetreuung und Kundenservice

Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Auftragsabwicklung

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich wünschenswert

Kundenorientierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen EDV-Anwendungen

SAGE-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
