Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche und termingerechte Vorbereitung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Betreuung der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen entgeltrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Statistiken und Reportings
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r ggf. Weiterbildung zum/zur Lohnbuchhalter/in IHK
  • Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung (Lohn- und Gehalt)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP SuccessFactors und Atoss Zeitwirtschaft
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, sowie Diskretion sind für Sie selbstverständlich
