Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung von Buchungsvorgängen
  • verantwortliche Bearbeitung der Haushaltsangelegenheiten
  • Unterstützung beim Projekt eRechnung

Ihr Profil

  • eine Ausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter/in
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Fähigkeit, Vorgänge strukturiert und effizient abzuwickeln
  • ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • detaillierte kamerale und kaufmännische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
  • Überblick über Haushaltsstrukturen des Landes sowie interne Haushaltsstrukturen von Hochschulen
  • Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen Officeprogramme, MACH-Software, Profiskal
  • Grundkenntnisse im Steuerrecht
  • Kenntnis der Landeshaushaltsordnung M-V
