  • telefonische Annahme von Bestellungen sowie deren Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Beratung unserer Kunden aus dem Handwerk sowie Privatkunden (kein Direkt-Verkauf)
  • Bestellungen tätigen im In- und Ausland für unsere Produkte
  • Preiskalkulationen
  • Beratung im Showroom „JOKA-Showroom“
  • Kalkulation und Verkauf mit Hilfe unseres internen Warenwirtschaftssystems
  • Ansprechpartner für unseren Außendienst
  • Kundenakquise
  • Umsetzung aktiver Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Fuhrparkverantwortung
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kfm. Berufsausbildung z.B. Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel, im handwerklichen Bereich oder gleichwertig
  • Branchen- und Produktkenntnisse in der Holzbranche erforderlich
  • technisches Verständnis
  • sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und kundenorientiertes Verhalten
