- Einkauf von IT-spezifischen Materialien (Recherche, Anfragen stellen, Angebote einholen, gesamter Bestellprozess)
- Pflege des Warenwirtschaftssystems
- eigenverantwortliche Büroorganisation
- Zuarbeiten für den Steuerberater und die Entgeltabrechnungsstelle
- Führen des Zahlungsverkehrs (Prüfen der Zahlungseingänge und Überweisungen vornehmen)
- Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und -ausgangs
