Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung einen Sachbearbeiter KFZ Schaden (m/w/d) am Standort Köln.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung von KFZ-Schadensfällen im Bereich Kasko
  • Kommunikation mit Versicherungsnehmern, Werkstätten, Gutachtern und Dienstleistern
  • Sachliche Bewertung von Schadenunterlagen und Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Unterstützung bei der Schadenregulierung und Dokumentation der Vorgänge
  • Pflege der Schadendaten in den entsprechenden Systemen
  • Klärung von Rückfragen und Unterstützung bei komplexeren Schadenfällen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Versicherungs- oder KFZ-Umfeld
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der KFZ-Schadensachbearbeitung, insbesondere im Kaskobereich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse zur Bearbeitung einfacher internationaler Vorgänge
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
