Konto- / Depoteröffnung / -Änderung / -Schließung / -Fusion; zentrale Vergabe von Konto- / Depotnummern

Bearbeitung von Korrekturen und Anfragen im Rahmen des Kontoabschlusses

Ansprechpartner für komplexe fachliche Fragen im Rahmen Konto / Depot

Verwaltung und Prüfung der Unterschriftenverzeichnisse

Archivierung / Ablage von Dokumenten

Unterstützung in relevanten Projekten, Mitarbeit bei Prozessgestaltung

Anforderungen:

Erfolgreiche Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann/ zur Bankkauffrau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Gute Kenntnisse des Bankgeschäfts

sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Themen Konto- / Depotmanagement

sicheres Beherrschen der für die Ausübung der Tätigkeit erforderlichen IT-Systeme (WP2 / SAP BCA, MS Office, d3 )

gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Grundlagen (HGB, KWG, WpHG, MiFID, GwG, AO)

gute Englischkenntnisse
