Als Sachbearbeiter / Kundenberater (m/w/d) Abteilung Service und Ersatzteile bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle: Du nimmst Reparaturen an, steuerst Aufträge, erstellst Angebote und sorgst dafür, dass im Service alles rund läuft – ganz ohne Schraubenschlüssel.

Bei B+L erwartet dich kein monotoner Büroalltag, sondern ein vielseitiger Arbeitsbereich mit Kundenkontakt, Organisation und technischen Themen rund um unseren Service.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Annahme und Koordination von Reparaturen – persönlich und telefonisch
  • Erstellung, Abwicklung und Abrechnung von Serviceaufträgen
  • Einkauf, Disposition und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung von Garantiefällen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Ersatzteillisten und Explosionszeichnungen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gerätedaten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Monteuren und externen Partnern

Das bringst du mit:

  • Kaufmännische oder technisch-kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Service-, Werkstatt- oder Ersatzteilbereich Erfahrung mit Baumaschinen/-geräten von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Tools
  • Kenntnisse in der Warenwirtschaft MS NAV von Vorteil
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
