In dieser Position unterstützen Sie Kunden rund um Leasingverträge, Auskünfte, Fahrzeugbelange und administrative Prozesse.

  • Deine Aufgaben

  • Zuverlässiger Ansprechpartner in der individuellen Betreuung von Leasingkunden

  • Unterstützung bei der Auslieferung von Neufahrzeugen

  • Betreuung von Bestandskunden bis hin zur Rückgabeabwicklung des Leasingvertrags

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungs- und serviceorientierten Kommunikationsablauf

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über alle gängigen Kommunikationskanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, System)

  • Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen internen Fachbereichen, z. B. Logistik, Schadenmanagement und Rückgabeabteilung
