  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenkommunikation und -betreuung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Lieferscheinen und Rechnungen
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Stammdaten- und Dokumentenpflege
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke
