  • Erfahrungen mit AVBen sind vorteilhaft
  • Kenntnisse in der Antrags-, Vertrags-oder Leistungsbearbeitung von Lebensversicherungen
  • Praxiserfahrungen im Schriftwechsel oder telefonischem Kundenservice
  • Kontaktfähigkeit, gute Auffassungsgabe und Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis mit lösungsorientiertem Handeln
  • Schnelle Lernfähigkeit im Umgang mit den Bearbeitungsprogrammen und MS-Office-Produkten

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vertrags- und Leistungsbearbeitung im Bereich der klassischen Lebensversicherung
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Vertriebsanliegen
  • Bearbeitung standardisierter Geschäftsvorfälle und Führung von Schriftwechsel mit Versicherungsnehmern, Außendienst und Vertriebspartnern sowie Dritten
