Als Teil unseres Logistic/Export-Teams stehst Du in Kontakt mit unseren Kunden und bist für die optimale Belieferung und die entsprechende Bereitstellung aller Dokumente zuständig.

Deine Hauptaufgaben:
✓ Versand von Waren für den Beschichtungsservice, Maschinen, Anlagen und Ersatzteilen
✓ Terminabstimmungen zwischen Lager, Produktion und Transportdiensten
✓ Erstellung von Versanddokumenten, Lieferpapieren und Zolldokumenten sowie Überwachung und Optimierung der gesamten Zollabwicklung (Import und Export)
✓ Überprüfen und Einholen von Aus-/Einfuhrgenehmigungen
✓ Anfragen und Verhandlung mit Paketdiensten und Spediteuren
✓ Rechnungsprüfung Speditionen, Versanddienste, Verpacker, Zölle
✓ Erstellung der Intrastat-Meldung
✓ Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung des Lieferservice
✓ Projektarbeit

Dein Profil:
✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industrie- / Speditionskaufmann /-frau oder GAHK
✓ Berufserfahrung im relevanten Bereich von Vorteil
✓ Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Programmen
✓ ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
✓ Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
✓ Gute Englischkenntnisse für überwiegend schriftliche Kommunikation
✓ Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Arbeitsqualität und Qualitätsmanagement
✓ Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
✓ Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
