  • Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen aus der Luftfahrtindustrie am Standort Laupheim suchen wir einen Sachbearbeiter Logistik (m/w/d). Freuen Sie sich auf ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, internationale Logistikprozesse und eine verantwortungsvolle Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Versand, Speditionen und internen Fachbereichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Versandaufträge im SAP-System
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Fracht- und Zolldokumenten für eine reibungslose Auslieferung
  • Beauftragung und Abstimmung von Transportdienstleistern und Speditionen
  • Organisation von Luftfrachtsendungen inklusive Kommunikation mit Forwardern und Einholung relevanter Versanddaten
  • Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Transportvorgängen sowie Prüfung der zugehörigen Frachtunterlagen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. im Groß- und Außenhandel oder Spedition
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistik-, Versand- oder Exportabwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
