Position: Sachbearbeiter Logistik / Versand (m/w/d)

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme und Steuerung der gesamten Versand- und Logistikprozesse
  • Organisation und Koordination nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Auswahl geeigneter Transportdienstleister unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Qualität und Verfügbarkeit
  • Abwicklung der Zollformalitäten, Exportkontrolle, Prüfung des Warenursprung
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung der notwendigen Versand- und Frachtpapiere, wie z.B. Ausfuhrerklärungen, Lieferscheine, Etiketten, Frachtbriefe etc.
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung unserer Produkte sowie Überwachung der Liefertermine
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung im Bereich Transport
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Versandprozesse

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik oder Außenhandel
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand / Logistik, vorzugsweise in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der nationalen und internationalen Transportabwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zoll- und Exportdokumenten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
