Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung im Bereich Logistik / Wareneingang.

Wenn du gerne organisierst, mit internationalen Ansprechpartnern kommunizierst und dafür sorgst, dass eingehende Waren zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind, bist du hier genau richtig!

  • Das erwartet dich:
  • Du kümmerst dich um die organisatorischen und administrativen Abläufe im Wareneingang.
  • Du planst und überwachst eingehende Lieferungen und behältst die Anliefertermine im Blick.
  • Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Speditionen und sorgst dafür, dass die Waren pünktlich ankommen.
  • Du prüfst Lieferungen und kümmerst dich darum, wenn mal etwas fehlt oder nicht wie geplant läuft.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Zollabwicklung und kümmerst dich um die entsprechenden Unterlagen.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Auswertungen, Reports und Excel-Listen.
  • Du unterstützt bei Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen und sorgst dafür, dass die Bestände stimmen.
  • Du buchst Warenbewegungen in SAP.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internationalen Kollegen, Lieferanten und verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen.
  • Du hilfst dabei, beschädigte oder fehlerhafte Waren zu bearbeiten und passende Lösungen zu finden.
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium – idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in der Logistik gesammelt.
  • Gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, denn Englisch gehört hier zum Arbeitsalltag.
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office – besonders in Excel bist du fit.
  • SAP-Kenntnisse wären super, sind aber kein Muss.
  • Du denkst mit, arbeitest strukturiert und findest auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben eine Lösung.
  • Du bist kommunikativ, zuverlässig und arbeitest gerne im Team.
  • Auch wenn es mal stressiger wird, behältst du einen kühlen Kopf.
