Sachbearbeiter Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für 20h/Woche (m/w/d)

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten
  • Bearbeitung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
  • Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden bei Fragen zur Entgeltabrechnung
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von personalbezogenen Statistiken
  • Sicherstellung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben im Personalbereich

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Entgeltabrechnung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise einer Lohnabrechnungssoftware
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
