Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Neu- und Bestandskundenbetreuung telefonisch und schriftlich, hauptsächlich per Post, Email und Fax
  • Sachbearbeitung bezüglich Vertragsverlängerungen, Kündigungen und Neuabschlüssen
  • Stammdatenpflege im System
  • Auftragserfassung
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und Kundenbetreuung von Vorteil
  • Interesse am Thema Telekommunikation
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und hervorragende Ausdrucksweise
  • Flexibilität in der Zeit von Montag - Freitag von 8:00 - 20:00 Uhr von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige und dynamische Arbeitsweise
