  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Abwicklung von Garantie-, Gewährleistungs- und Kulanzansprüchen.
  • Einreichung, Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Ansprüchen.
  • Enger Austausch mit Kunden und Herstellern.
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Berichten.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei technischen Anfragen.
  • Analyse von Reklamationen und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
  • Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office und SAP.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Fahrzeugreparaturen und Fahrzeugbau.
  • Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Einkauf im Automobilbereich.
